Steam Power was formed in 2008 as a joint venture to provide engineered solutions and equipment packages to the industrial cogeneration market. The two principals, Ed Stoermer and Mark Haglage, have been active participants in the industrial power and process industries for over 50 years combined.
Ed and Mark have wide-ranging experience with much of the equipment used in the steam cycle, including:

- Rotating equipment
- Heat transfer equipment
- Electronic controls
